Delivery & payment

Production time

Because items are made to order, production usually takes 1–3 working days after payment and your image/design are received. The item is then handed over for delivery.

Delivery methods and prices

The applicable delivery price is shown at checkout and depends on the delivery country. Delivery with Omniva normally takes 2–4 working days after the item is handed to the carrier.

Omniva parcel lockers

When choosing Omniva delivery, select the delivery country (Latvia, Estonia or Lithuania) and your preferred locker from the list at checkout. Once the parcel is available you will receive a door code by SMS or email.

Payment methods

Payments are processed by Maksekeskus AS (MakeCommerce), a certified payment service provider. Available methods:

• Bank links: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, Luminor, Revolut, Paysera, Wise, N26 — in Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania

You choose the payment method on the checkout page and are taken to your bank once the order is confirmed. The list is loaded from MakeCommerce, so it always shows every method available at that moment.

Payment security

Payments are processed in a secure environment. AND Customs does not store or request your payment card details — they are handled by the payment service provider in accordance with the PCI-DSS security standard.

Invoices

After your order is confirmed, an invoice is sent to your email and can also be downloaded from the order confirmation page.
