Production time
Because items are made to order, production usually takes 1–3 working days after payment and your image/design are received. The item is then handed over for delivery.

The applicable delivery price is shown at checkout. Delivery with Omniva and courier normally takes 2–4 working days after the item is handed to the carrier.
Omniva parcel lockers
When choosing Omniva delivery, select your preferred locker from the list at checkout. Once the parcel is available you will receive a door code by SMS or email.
Payment methods
Payments are processed by Maksekeskus AS (MakeCommerce), a certified payment service provider. Available methods:
- Bank links: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, Luminor and others
- Payment cards: Visa, Mastercard
- Apple Pay and Google Pay (where supported by your device)
- Bank transfer after receiving an invoice by email
Payment security
Payments are processed in a secure environment. A.N.D Customs does not store or request your payment card details — they are handled by the payment service provider in accordance with the PCI-DSS security standard.
Prices and VAT
All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include 21% value added tax (VAT).
Invoices
After your order is confirmed, an invoice is sent to your email and can also be downloaded from the order confirmation page.
