2. General provisions

A distance contract is deemed concluded once the Customer has placed an order and received confirmation of its acceptance at the email provided. The contract is stored electronically and is available to the Customer on the order confirmation page and by email.

3. Products and prices

All prices are in euros (EUR). The seller may change prices, but a confirmed order is charged at the price valid at the time of ordering. Product images are illustrative.

4. Personalised products

Most products are made individually to the Customer's specifications (image, design, text). The Customer is responsible for the quality and content of the submitted material and for holding the rights to use the submitted image or design (copyright, personal data protection). The seller may refuse to produce an item if the submitted content is unlawful, offensive or infringes third-party rights.

5. Ordering and payment

After placing an order, the Customer pays using one of the offered methods and attaches the image/design required for production during checkout. Production begins once payment is received.

All prices are shown in euros (EUR). The order total, including the delivery fee, is shown before payment is confirmed. Payment is charged at the moment the order is placed.

The currency on the website is euro (EUR). Payment processing is provided by the payment platform makecommerce.lv, Maksekeskus AS. Available payment methods: bank links (Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, Luminor and others) in Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania; the current list is shown at checkout. Anete Andersone does not store the Customer's payment card details — they are securely handled by the payment service provider in accordance with the PCI-DSS standard.

NB! When paying via a bank link, after confirming the payment click the "Return to merchant" button. The personal data required to make payments is transferred to the licensed payment institution Maksekeskus AS. The contract enters into force upon successful payment. If for any reason the order cannot be fulfilled, the Customer will be informed and the amount paid refunded as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after the notification.

The order confirmation and invoice are sent to the email address provided by the Customer.
